I'm excited and honored to be a part of Celebrating Adoption (www.celebratingadoption.org). This national not-for-profit group of professional photographers volunteer their time and resources to provide complimentary photo sessions and preview books to families who have adopted a child, either locally or internationally, within the past 12 months. If you, or someone you know, qualifies please have them contact me at info@kimberlysmoot.com or send them to www.celebratingadoption.org to find a photographer in their locality.

Unfortunately, the participating photographers do have to limit the number of sessions they can accept each month. Because of the volunteer nature of these sessions, they fill up quickly. Shoot me an email today to schedule your adoptive family session.

Great Recent Session!

These kids were GREAT! Listened to everyword I said! Also wanted to mention that Mom did a fantastic job with their outfits. Coordinating and cool! Love the color...brown...very now!

Big weekend for SILENT AUCTIONS!

My work will be featured at three area silent auctions this weekend. I have donated portrait collections to Farmingdale, Vachel Lindsay, and St.Agnes Elementary Schools. The money raised at these silent auctions will benefit children at each school. What a perfect way to donate to your child's school AND have your children professionally photographed by Kimberly Smoot Photography.

Thanks to EVERYONE at SHG's Mostaccioli Dinner! I had a BLAST! It was so much fun hanging out with all of the kids that I have photographed from SHG and their friends. If you did not get one of the "IMAGE is EVERYTHING" t-shirts, let me know. There are a few left. First come, first serve!
