I think it is so cool when my clients take time to thank me especially with a personal note. This one showed up in the mail today.

I was like, "Hey, I've done that!"

I saw the cutest pettiskirt in a local boutique and I was like, "Hey, I've done that!" Sharing an "old" image from a trip last spring. Enjoy!

Client's Christmas Gift

A client of mine just emailed this message to me.

"Hey Kimberly!
I just wanted to let you know how much i loved the picture you took and made for me! (the andy warhol looking one on the canvas) It's so amazing! My mom just gave it to me for christmas and I had to tell you how beautiful I think it is! =) Morgan Reed"

One word...

WOW! This has been a wild and wonderful holiday season! Almost all of my clients picked up their orders on Friday. There are a few that will stop in tomorrow. After that, it will all be over. People everywhere will be receiving images from Kimberly Smoot Photography for Christmas and I do mean EVERYWHERE! We have shipped orders all over the country and abroad. Thank you to all of my clients! You are very special! And did I say, "WOW"?

A long, long time ago...

A long, long time I met this group of AWESOME kids at Washington Park to photograph them for the Children's Miracle Network. The images have been used in printed pieces since then. I wanted to share the images with you.

Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty!

After photographing many, many dogs, I finally have a feline client to show off! He wasn't much in the mood for a photo session, but you know how cats are! LOL He will probably "pose" in the privacy of his living room all day long. Thanks to Scooter and his owner for making my morning interesting!

I wish you a RESTFUL evening!

I received an email from a client today. She is a client that has turned into a friend. She ended the email wishing me "a restful evening." Something about those words, "a restful evening," really spoke to me. It's eleven o'clock and the evening is over, but I can say that it was as restful as is possible for me this time of year. I wish you a restful evening!

Kill Your Television

I am one of those that would never put a bumper sticker on my vehicle. I know, I know, never say never, but I really don't like bumper stickers. That being said, I love this photograph of a vehicle I saw over the weekend. Look at the bumper sticker. I am not a fan of tv. I don't watch any shows regularly. I could totally live with out tv. I love this bumper sticker!
